Provide an unboxing video: You must provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage. Please make sure to include this video in your communication with us to help us process the replacement quickly.
Ship the damaged product: You are responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us, as we do not offer a pickup service. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
Important Information
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will not consider any claims for damage reported after this timeframe.
Please ensure you provide accurate and detailed information about the damage along with the unboxing video to help us process your replacement quickly.
We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the damage is not due to shipping or if the reported damage is not supported by the unboxing video you provide.
